ADJ Protégé XM Description

The ADJ Protégé XM brings professional-grade lighting tools into a streamlined form factor. With its 350W white LED engine rated at 8000K, this fixture outputs a crisp, punchy beam ideal for both focused projections and smooth wash effects. Its optical system includes a motorized zoom ranging from 3.7° to 43°, offering seamless transitions between beam and spot applications. Color creativity is a highlight of the Protégé XM, with a full CMY color mixing system backed by two independent color wheels—each loaded with 9 rich dichroic filters, including a high CRI option and CTO for warm tones. The fixture also includes two rotating GOBO wheels with seven glass patterns each, dual 6-facet prisms (linear and circular), and two frost filters for soft washes. A rotating animation wheel rounds out the visual toolset, providing motion-rich effects for aerials and projections. Three-phase motors allow for ultra-fast pan and tilt motion with precise control, including 360° continuous pan. The fixture also includes pan/tilt locks for safe rigging and transport. Designed with the modern production environment in mind, the XM includes advanced connectivity with DMX, Art-Net, sACN, RDM, and wireless Aria X2 control, plus NFC for fixture setup via compatible smart devices.
