ChamSys GeNetix GN5 Description

The ChamSys GeNetix GN5 is built for reliable remote data distribution, featuring five fully configurable DMX ports (input or output), dual network ports (with PoE support), and connectivity options for Timecode, MIDI, and 10Scene integration. It's engineered for professional-grade versatility — mount it on truss via M12 receiver, install with a DIN rail, or rack-mount it using the included ears. Its LTC and MIDI ports enable real-time sync with lighting and AV systems, while full support for Art-Net timecode ensures compatibility across platforms. When connected to MagicQ PC via USB, the GN5 acts as a complete unlock interface — enabling full access to MagicQ software features and making it a valuable solution for control systems on Windows, macOS, or Linux. A web server and onboard display provide local or remote configuration access, and it supports scene recall via UDP, DMX redundancy, and custom DMX timing. With ChamNet support and robust build quality, the GN5 offers both flexibility and reliability for live shows, studios, installations, and touring.
