Electro-Voice EVID-S5.2XB Description

The Electro-Voice EVID-S5.2XB delivers full-range performance from a 5.25-inch long-throw woofer and 0.75-inch high-frequency transducer. Its 90° x 90° coverage pattern helps provide wide, uniform dispersion for background music, foreground audio, paging, voice evacuation, and sound reinforcement.

The built-in 60W transformer supports 70V and 100V distributed audio systems, with selectable taps of 7.5W on 70V only, plus 15W, 30W, and 60W. An 8-ohm bypass is also available for low-impedance operation, with tap selection located on the rear input panel.

Engineered for severe outdoor conditions, the EVID-S5.2XB features IP65 protection against sun, salt, and moisture. Its UL 94-5VB fire-rated ABS enclosure, marine-grade aluminum grille, and included U-bracket make it a durable solution for demanding commercial installations.
