JMAZ Centipede B4 Description
The JMAZ Centipede B4 is designed for lighting professionals who need moving beams, pixel effects, and network control from a single compact bar. Four 60W RGBW LEDs generate sharp 3.5° beams, with each head producing up to 9,640 lux at 1 meter when operated at full output.
Each moving head also incorporates 30 RGB SMD LEDs for a total of 120 ring-effect LEDs. Individual pixel control, built-in virtual colors, foreground and background color selection, dynamic RGB macros, and movement macros allow the fixture to produce layered visual effects without requiring multiple separate fixtures.
The heads can operate with continuous 360° tilt or within a 240° range using 8-bit or 16-bit positioning. Preset home-position macros, adjustable movement speeds, position memory scanning, and automatic tilt correction support accurate programming for coordinated shows.
DMX512, RDM, Art-Net, sACN, and Kling-Net compatibility provide flexible integration into conventional and networked lighting systems. The housing combines aluminum and steel with high-impact, flame-retardant PA6 GF30 material for demanding professional use, while fan cooling helps manage operating temperatures.
Electronic dimming, pulse effects, random strobes, and shutter speeds up to 25Hz expand the fixture's effect options. The Centipede B4 includes mounting hardware, safety cables, a 5-pin DMX cable, and a powerCON TRUE1 power cable for installation and operation.
