Mackie Thrash12v2 Description

The Mackie Thrash12v2 combines straightforward controls with the power and flexibility needed for portable PA applications. Its 1300W amplifier powers a 12-inch low-frequency woofer and 1-inch high-frequency driver, producing a frequency response of 53Hz–16kHz (-3dB) and a maximum output of 129dB SPL.

Four selectable voicing modes let users quickly tailor the loudspeaker to the job. Flat mode provides a neutral response, DJ mode emphasizes lows and highs, Live mode helps vocals and speech project, and Wedge mode focuses the midrange for stage-monitor applications. Built-in Feedback Eliminator helps reduce disruptive microphone feedback during performances and presentations.

Bluetooth wireless streaming allows music playback from compatible phones, tablets and computers, while speaker linking makes it possible to stream to two Thrashv2 loudspeakers in stereo or dual mono. An XLR/TRS combo input provides flexible wired connectivity, and the XLR mix output can pass input and Bluetooth audio to additional equipment.

A rugged enclosure, protective grille and integrated carry handles make the Thrash12v2 suitable for regular transport and live use. It can operate upright as a main PA speaker, horizontally as a wedge monitor or mounted on a compatible speaker pole using its built-in pole socket.
