NovaStar VX400 Pro Description
The NovaStar VX400 Pro integrates video processing, scaling, source management, and LED display control into an industrial-grade rackmount enclosure. Four Gigabit Ethernet outputs can drive a combined total of up to 2.6 million pixels, with support for output canvases as wide as 10,240 pixels or as tall as 8192 pixels.
Video sources can be connected through HDMI 2.0, dual HDMI 1.3 inputs, 3G-SDI, a self-adaptive 10G optical connection, or USB 3.0 media playback. HDMI 2.0 and 3G-SDI loop-through connections simplify signal distribution, while the dedicated HDMI 1.3 monitoring output provides a fixed 1920 x 1080 display feed.
Six 2K x 1K layer resources provide flexible content arrangement. These resources can be configured as 4K x 2K, 4K x 1K, or 2K x 1K layers, with adjustable size, position, priority, and aspect ratio. Stepless scaling, input cropping, one-button full-screen display, output color adjustment, and pixel-level brightness and chroma calibration help maintain consistent image quality across the LED canvas.
The VX400 Pro is designed for professional rental, live-production, stage-control, and fine-pitch LED applications. Two 10G optical ports provide fiber transmission and backup options, while 256 presets, source backup, Ethernet-port backup, device backup, USB playback, and multiple control methods support reliable operation in complex production environments.
Embedded HDMI audio and independent 3.5 mm audio input and output connections support audio routing with adjustable output volume. The controller can be operated from its front panel or through compatible NovaStar control software and applications.
