Pangolin Atom XR 30 Description
The Pangolin Atom XR 30 is built for production companies, touring laser operators, venues, festivals, and event professionals who need a compact outdoor-ready laser projector with high output and reliable control. Its RGB semiconductor laser diode source delivers full-color laser effects for atmospheric beam shows, abstract visuals, text projection, and animation work.
Control is handled through the built-in FB4-SK interface, allowing the Atom XR 30 to operate through Ethernet, ArtNet, DMX, PC software, lighting consoles, or autoplay workflows. Pangolin QuickShow laser control and creation software is available as a free download, giving users a practical software path for programming and playback.
The projector includes Juno 5 scanners rated at 30 kpps at 8 degrees, with a maximum scanning angle of 40 degrees on both axes. Its optical design provides a 10 x 7 mm beam size with maximum 1.05 mrad full-angle beam divergence, supporting clean and controlled projection for professional laser display use.
For setup and installation, the Atom XR 30 includes a 360-degree swivel-sliding mounting bracket, retractable safety rope, aiming piece with spirit level, aperture masking plates, and a device stage locator. The built-in telemetry system gives operators access to key device data such as serial number, location, on/off status, subsystem temperatures, usage times, and tilt.
Safety is a major part of the Atom XR 30 design, with keyed interlock, emission delay, magnetic interlock, scan-fail safety, a fast electromechanical shutter, adjustable aperture masking, and an emergency stop system with keyed remote and manual restart button. It is designed to comply with EN 60825-1:2014, EN 60825-2, FDA regulations, and TUV Laser Safety requirements.
