RCF ART 812A Package Description
The RCF ART 812A is a portable 2-way active loudspeaker designed to deliver strong output, clear vocal reproduction, and dependable full-range performance in a manageable 12-inch enclosure. Each speaker combines a 12-inch woofer with a 2.5-inch voice coil and a 1-inch compression driver with a 1.75-inch voice coil, producing up to 129dB SPL with a frequency response of 50Hz to 20kHz.
Each ART 812A uses a 1400W peak two-channel Class D amplifier, delivering 1000W peak power to the low-frequency section and 400W peak power to the high-frequency section. FiRPHASE processing supports coherent reproduction and accurate imaging, while Bass Motion Control helps manage low-frequency behavior. XBOOST provides additional low-end enhancement when more bass impact is desired, and RCF's True Resistive Waveguide maintains consistent 100° horizontal by 60° vertical dispersion throughout the listening area.
The reinforced polypropylene composite enclosure features internal M-Brace reinforcement for increased rigidity and reduced unwanted resonance. A heavy-duty steel grille protects the transducers, while top and side handles simplify transportation. Three M10 mounting points and a 35 mm pole socket provide multiple installation and deployment options.
This package adds two RCF CVR ART 912 protective covers for transport and storage. Each padded cover uses heavy-duty polyester outer fabric, 10 mm foam padding, zip and Velcro closures, and access openings for handles, connections, and the pole mount area.
A ProX TSS18P stand set provides two adjustable speaker tripod stands capable of supporting up to 100 lb per stand. Each stand adjusts from 44 to 72 inches and uses a standard 1-3/8-inch (35 mm) upper shaft. The included double carry bag keeps both stands together during transportation and storage.
Two SquareCable XLR-25 cables complete the signal path. Each 25-foot XLR male-to-XLR female balanced audio cable uses 20 AWG x 2 oxygen-free copper conductors, a 93% braided OFC compact shield, gold-plated contacts, and a bend- and twist-resistant cable design for microphone and balanced line-level connections.
