The RF Venue D-ARCBD5 is a complete 5-channel wireless microphone upgrade pack designed to simplify RF antenna and power distribution in installed and portable wireless systems. It combines the DISTRO5 HDR with a matte black Diversity Architectural Antenna, low-loss antenna cables, BNC interconnect cables, and DC power distribution for a streamlined multi-channel RF system.

RF Venue D-ARCBD5 Description

The RF Venue D-ARCBD5 brings together RF Venue's antenna, RF distribution, cabling, and DC power components in one package for systems with up to five wireless microphone receivers. The DISTRO5 HDR distributes one diversity antenna pair to five diversity receiver outputs while its high-dynamic-range architecture is designed to maintain clean, low-noise RF performance across a wide range of incoming signal levels.

The included matte black Diversity Architectural Antenna provides a discreet alternative to visible antenna arrays in conference rooms, multipurpose spaces, training rooms, houses of worship, auditoriums, and other installed AV environments. Its dual-feed design provides both A and B diversity connections from one enclosure, eliminating the need to mount two separate antenna housings. The antenna can be positioned on a wall or ceiling to suit the installation.

The DISTRO5 HDR uses a compact half-rack enclosure and can operate with wireless microphone systems from a wide range of manufacturers. Multiple DISTRO5 HDR units can also be cascaded, allowing two units to support up to nine diversity receivers in a single 1RU rack space. In addition to RF distribution, its internal power supply provides a 12V DC, 5A output for compatible rack equipment, while a 12V DC input enables battery-powered operation for portable applications.

The bundle also includes the cabling required to connect the antenna and wireless microphone receivers. Two 25-foot RF Venue Low Loss Antenna Cables handle the antenna runs, while ten 1.5-foot Low Loss BNC Interconnect Cables provide connections between the DISTRO5 HDR and receiver antenna inputs. The included DC-OCTOPUS-CABLE helps consolidate compatible receiver power connections for a cleaner and more organized rack installation.
