ColorKey Creator BX12 Wash is a 480W LED moving head Bee-Eye luminaire designed for stage washes, audience color, pixel effects, and animated beam looks. With twelve 40W RGBW LEDs, motorized zoom, individual pixel control, a rotating front lens cluster, and a multicolor UHX™ halo, it gives lighting designers a flexible fixture for both immersive wash coverage and high-impact aerial effects.

ColorKey Creator BX12 Wash Description

The ColorKey Creator BX12 Wash is built for productions that need more than a standard moving wash. Its twelve 40W RGBW LEDs deliver vibrant color output across a wide zoom range, making it useful for washing stages, dance floors, audiences, and architectural spaces with saturated color.

With the zoom set wide, the BX12 creates a soft, even wash for coverage across a performance area or venue. When zoomed tight, the fixture transforms into a multi-beam effect where individual pixels create crisp rays that can spin, chase, and move independently for high-energy aerial looks.

The rotating front lens cluster adds motion and depth by creating flower and kaleidoscope-style visuals, while individual pixel control makes it possible to build color waves, chase patterns, and animated effects. For faster programming, the fixture also includes 50 preset pixel patterns.

As part of ColorKey’s Creator Series, the ColorKey Creator BX12 Wash includes a multicolor UHX™ halo around the lenses for consistent visual identity with compatible UHX™ fixtures. It also includes practical touring and install features such as quick-release brackets, PowerCon locking power in/out, DMX Hold, RDM support, and a color LCD display for easy navigation.
