Electro-Voice ZLX-12P G2 Description

The ZLX-12P G2 delivers powerful, room-filling audio via a 1000W Class D amplifier, optimized to drive its custom 12” woofer and 1.4” titanium HF compression driver. A frequency range of 48 Hz to 20 kHz and a max SPL of 127 dB ensure this speaker handles everything from punchy music playback to vocal reinforcement with clarity and punch. This second-generation model features Bluetooth audio streaming and supports true wireless stereo when paired with a second unit—perfect for clutter-free setups. The onboard DSP includes QuickSmart processing, with five user presets, sub/top system matching, three-band input EQ, and a seven-band output GEQ—all easily managed via a bright full-color LCD or the EV QuickSmart Mobile app. The ZLX-12P G2 is built for the road. Its durable polypropylene cabinet includes EV’s patented SST waveguide for consistent 90º x 60º coverage, while its lightweight, ergonomic design and side handle make transport easy. Use it on a speaker stand, atop a subwoofer pole, or angled on the floor as a stage wedge.
