Juice Goose CQ1520 Description

The Juice Goose CQ1520 is built for mission-critical applications requiring power sequencing and protection for audio, lighting, or AV gear. With seven rear AC outputs (six sequenced and one unswitched), it manages the startup and shutdown of connected equipment in three clearly defined stages called Power Pods. This unit includes an onboard sequencing circuit, allowing it to function as either a master or slave in a control chain via RJ-12 or RJ-45 connections. Whether installed in a standalone rack or part of a larger system, it offers dependable operation and full compatibility with other Juice Goose CQ devices. Featuring durable, replaceable triple-stage MOV surge protection across line and neutral, the CQ1520 protects gear without ground contamination. LED indicators provide clear system status, while a front-panel override switch allows for manual operation in emergency scenarios. Selectable delay times between sequencing events are easily configured via DIP switches inside the chassis, giving installers the flexibility to customize startup/shutdown timing based on system needs.
