The Minuit Une IVL Service Extension Kit is designed to optimize your investment in IVL lighting fixtures by extending coverage beyond the standard 2-year warranty. When purchased simultaneously with your first IVL fixture and properly registered, the kit provides five (5) years of module replacement coverage.

Each Extension Kit is dedicated to one specific type of IVL fixture and covers a single customer inventory in one main localization. During the 5-year coverage period, if a registered IVL fixture requires a replacement module, you can install a spare module directly from your kit by following the official Service Manual procedures. After returning the defective module for coverage diagnostics, Minuit Une will restock your kit free of charge.

This modular service approach allows technicians and rental houses to resolve most service operations quickly and independently. Because IVL fixtures are designed with a plug-and-play module architecture, replacement procedures can typically be completed in minutes—keeping your inventory active and revenue-generating.

Registration is mandatory within 30 days of IVL fixture purchase. The Extension Kit must be purchased at the same time as the first IVL fixture to ensure eligibility. Fixtures purchased prior to the Extension Kit cannot be covered. Additional fixtures of the same type may be added later, but coverage will still end five years after the original Extension Kit purchase date.
