Moog Grandmother Description

The Moog Grandmother brings vintage-inspired Moog modular circuitry into a playable, semi-modular keyboard format. With two analog oscillators, selectable waveforms, hard sync, linear FM, white noise, and external audio input, it gives producers and performers a wide analog palette for basses, leads, drones, effects, and experimental textures.

Its signal path includes a classic -24dB/octave Moog ladder low-pass filter with resonance, a patchable -6dB/octave high-pass filter, an analog ADSR envelope generator, a modulation oscillator, and a hardware spring reverb tank. The result is a synth that can sound warm, raw, smooth, or aggressive depending on how it is patched and played.

For performance, the 32-note velocity-sensitive Fatar keyboard is joined by pitch bend, modulation wheel, variable glide, an arpeggiator, and a 256-note sequencer.
