The NovaStar KU20 is a compact LED display controller designed to process and distribute video signals to professional LED display systems. It supports up to 3.9 million pixels and combines HDMI input, six Ethernet outputs, a 10G optical connection, digital audio output, and network control in a space-saving 0.5U chassis.
The NovaStar KU20 provides video processing and LED display control in a compact chassis for professional visual-production systems. Its total loading capacity of up to 3.9 million pixels supports LED canvases with a maximum width of 3840 pixels or a maximum height of 2560 pixels.
The controller features one HDMI 1.3 input with an HDMI loop-through output, allowing the incoming video signal to be passed to another device. A single video layer supports resolutions up to 4K x 2K, providing flexible content presentation for LED walls used in live events, houses of worship, corporate environments, broadcast facilities, and permanent installations.
Six Ethernet outputs connect the controller to compatible LED display receiving systems, while the 10G optical port supports high-bandwidth signal transmission over compatible fiber connections. An SPDIF output provides digital audio connectivity, and two Ethernet control ports allow the unit to be integrated into network-based control systems.
The KU20 measures only 0.5U high, making it suitable for installations where rack space is limited. An included connecting piece allows the controller to be mounted in a 1U configuration when required.
