Proel Axiom FL80A Description
The Proel Axiom FL80A is a highly versatile and efficient loudspeaker system built for professional sound reinforcement in corporate events, live performances, bars, restaurants, and houses of worship. It features a bi-amplified design powered by a Class D amplifier module, ensuring exceptional sound definition, low distortion, and high efficiency.
The FL80A is equipped with an 8” low-frequency neodymium woofer and a 1” exit high-frequency compression driver with a 1” aluminum voice coil, ensuring excellent transient response and a wide frequency range. Its custom-designed HF horn provides a controlled dispersion pattern of 90° x 60°, delivering even sound coverage across the listening area.
The built-in DSP platform includes 56-bit precision processing with FIR filters for optimized phase alignment and crossover response. Users can choose from five different EQ presets, allowing the speaker to be tailored to different acoustic environments. Its robust yet lightweight polypropylene enclosure features a 35mm pole mount, three recessed handles for easy transport, and M8 rigging points for fixed installations.
The FL80A is a flexible and reliable solution for both portable and installed sound applications. It can also be paired with Axiom SW series subwoofers, such as the SW18A, for extended low-frequency response.
