The ProX XTH-MLT3US8FT MLT THREE is an 8-foot open-bottom pre-rig truss designed for touring productions, rental companies, concert stages, LED video systems, and other professional event applications. Its open construction allows lighting fixtures and video modules to be installed directly inside the truss, helping crews reduce repeated rigging work during load-in and load-out.

ProX XTH-MLT3US8FT Description

The ProX XTH-MLT3US8FT MLT THREE is engineered as a true pre-rig platform for production environments where equipment must be installed, transported, and redeployed efficiently. Its open-bottom construction eliminates a closed lower head frame, giving technicians clear access to moving lights, LED fixtures, and video modules during preparation and installation.

The truss is constructed from EN AW 6082 T6 aluminum with 48.3 x 4.5 mm main tubes and 30 x 3 mm bracing. HOF Heavy Duty coating in RAL 9005 gloss black provides a durable exterior finish intended for the repeated handling associated with touring, rental, and staging operations.

Included hardened-steel male and female fork connectors rotate to accommodate different truss geometries and extend up to approximately 60 mm. The fork-locking design allows crews to establish and retain specific connector angles for curved, circular, tower, and other specialized configurations. It can also be used to establish pre-tension or camber before deployment to help compensate for deflection under installed equipment loads.

For LED video applications, complete video modules and hanging frames can be installed within the truss and transported using the compatible folding dolly, available separately. An optional double-rail system is also available separately for positioning fixtures at two different heights inside the same truss section. The XTH-MLT3US8FT includes the truss section and steel rotatable fork connectors only; the folding dolly and telescopic dolly legs are not included.
