ProX XZF-BWING Description

The ProX XZF-BWING is built for audio engineers, front-of-house technicians, production companies, venues, and touring teams that need a safer and faster way to transport and deploy a Behringer Wing console. Instead of lifting a heavy mixer onto a table or stand, the Flip-Ready design allows the console to rotate from its vertical travel position into a horizontal work position with minimal effort.

The case uses a patent-pending ZCase rotational mechanism with gas springs to assist movement and reduce physical strain during setup. Vibro-Insulators attached to the mounting bed and sidewalls help suppress vibration during transport, while console-specific form-fitted wood side panels retain the console firmly inside the case.

For cable management and utility, the XZF-BWING includes a large 6 in depth doghouse area with left and right openings for snakes and smaller cables. A 1U rackspace below the console provides additional installation flexibility, and the lower door storage areas use magnetic catches to help protect the doors while the console is being moved.

The road case is built with laminated plywood and solid wood components, Penn Elcom hardware from Europe, recessed industrial butterfly latches, rubber spring-action recessed handles, steel ball corners, dual anchor rivets, and precision-fit aluminum tongue-and-groove closure. Four heavy-duty 4 in locking casters make the case easier to position, while the heavy plywood base adds durability for demanding transport environments.
