Its DMC7 dynamic capsule uses a specialized aluminum voice coil and supercardioid pickup pattern to capture vocals with clarity while reducing unwanted stage bleed.

The focused supercardioid pattern helps achieve substantial gain before feedback in demanding live environments. A 40 Hz to 19 kHz frequency response covers a broad vocal range, while the 2.0 mV/Pa sensitivity and neodymium magnet contribute to consistent dynamic performance.

A patented integrated shockmount mechanically isolates the capsule to help reduce rumbles, bumps, and handling noise as the performer moves around the stage. The internal windscreen helps control breath noise and plosives and can be exchanged with the included spare black windscreen.
