Shure SLXD5PLUS G57 Description
The Shure SLXD5PLUS G57 is designed for production users who need dependable wireless audio in a portable receiver. It mounts to a camera using included shoe-mount hardware or fits into an audio bag for location sound, ENG, documentary, corporate video, and field recording applications.
When paired with a separately available SLXD1+ bodypack, SLXD2+ handheld, or SLXD3+ plug-on transmitter, the receiver delivers transparent 24-bit digital audio with a dynamic range greater than 118 dB. Its digital UHF operation, true diversity reception, 2.8 ms latency, and 328.1 ft operating range support clean audio capture in demanding mobile environments.
ShowLink Ease enables real-time two-way communication between the receiver and paired SLX-D+ transmitters. Users can remotely adjust transmitter frequency, gain, control locks, interference mitigation, and firmware updates from the receiver or a paired mobile device. Wireless Workbench Mobile support also allows Android and iOS control over Bluetooth for frequency scanning, RF monitoring, and system management.
The Shure SLXD5PLUS G57 also includes Multi-Mic Mode for scanning and syncing multiple clean frequencies, AES-256 encryption for secure transmission, and built-in Digital Feedback Reduction for improved clarity when microphones are used near loudspeakers. It operates on two included AA batteries or one optional Shure SB903 rechargeable battery for up to 5.5 hours of runtime.
