Turbosound TS-PQ12 Description

The Turbosound TS-PQ12 is built to meet the demands of live sound professionals needing precision, power, and durability in a passive loudspeaker format. Its 12" ferrite low-frequency driver with a 2.5" voice coil delivers tight, punchy bass, while the 1" neodymium high-frequency compression driver ensures detailed mids and highs. The rotatable Catenary horn provides a consistent 80° x 50° dispersion, ideal for both horizontal and vertical mounting configurations. This speaker integrates seamlessly with Lab Gruppen IPX and PLM+ powered controllers, with pre-configured presets optimized for the PQ series. Acoustic modeling and installation flexibility are supported through available EASE Focus GLL files, enabling accurate coverage planning for both fixed and mobile applications. The PQ12’s rugged 15mm plywood enclosure is coated with a semi-matt black PU paint and fitted with a steel mesh grille. Rear panel twist-lock connectors allow for secure input and daisy-chaining to additional units. With its multiple M10 rigging points, dual pole sockets, and optional yoke/swivel bracket compatibility, this loudspeaker is ready for both touring racks and venue installs.
