Wharfedale Pro WLA-15B BK Description

The Wharfedale Pro WLA-15B BK is engineered to provide deep, controlled bass performance in compact WLA-28X system configurations. Its custom 15-inch low-frequency driver features a robust 4-inch voice coil and ferrite magnet structure, delivering powerful output and reliable operation in demanding live sound environments.

With 700W AES continuous power handling, 1400W programme power, and 2800W peak capability, the WLA-15B BK offers the output required for medium to large array systems. The subwoofer reaches a maximum SPL of 133 dB at 1 meter in half-space conditions while maintaining low-frequency extension down to 35 Hz.

The enclosure is constructed from durable 15 mm and 18 mm birch plywood with a black Tough-Tone finish and black steel grille for touring durability. Integrated 3-point rigging allows the subwoofer to be flown alongside WLA-28X elements or used as a ground stack foundation when paired with compatible fly frame hardware.
