Wharfedale Pro WLA-28SUB Description

The Wharfedale Pro WLA-28SUB is built for professional low-frequency reinforcement in touring rigs, venues, and installed WLA-28X systems. Its bass-reflex enclosure houses two 15-inch ferrite LF drivers, each with a 4-inch voice coil, delivering controlled output for demanding live sound environments.

With 1200W continuous power handling, 2400W program power, and 4800W peak capacity, this passive subwoofer provides the headroom needed for high-output applications. Its 4 ohm system impedance, 108 dB sensitivity, and 39 Hz low-frequency response help extend system impact while maintaining efficient performance.

The enclosure is constructed from birch plywood with a black Tough-Tone finish and a black steel grille for road-ready durability. Integral rigging hardware allows the subwoofer to be flown within compatible arrays or used on the ground, making it suitable for both touring productions and fixed installations.
